In partnership with Dairy UK we created a mobile application to promote the pairing of cheese and whisky. Launched just in time for Christmas, the app included expert recommendations on pairing British cheeses with different varieties of whisky or port. The app allowed users to design a cheeseboard, explore flavour profiles and get top food pairing tips.
